ALHomecare is an Irish employment agency that works for caregivers for the elderly in Ireland. We have been on the market since 2013 year. During this time, we helped many carers who were satisfied with our support to find a job, On the other hand, we helped the charges find cordials, caring, qualified caregivers.
We offer jobs to carers of the elderly in Ireland, living in the homes of the charges. He has been cooperating with us for over 160 guardians, including nurses.
We carefully select job offers to the preferences of caregivers, so would both of them, as well as their pupils, they derived the greatest satisfaction from the cooperation. Throughout the employment period, our agency is in contact with the guardian, helps and supports him at every stage of cooperation, starting with the recruitment process, until the end of work. The caregivers have constant contact with the Polish coordinator.
Our mission is to help carers from Poland find a stable one, safe and satisfactory work in Ireland, and the mentee in finding cordials, empathetic and qualified caregivers.

What will my duties be at work?
The scope of responsibilities of each guardian depends on the condition and needs of each of the charges. Before starting work, the caregiver receives all information regarding the health and needs of the student / ward, so it can fully consciously decide to accept a given job offer.
Our pupils usually need help with everyday household activities such as: cleaning, cooking, serving meals. Often the caregivers are also responsible: taking care of personal hygiene, dressing, assistance with movement, walking together and keeping company.
