Reward

The salary depends on your qualifications, experience in caring for the elderly and the level of English language skills.

Working time

Your basic work dimension is 35 hours a week. Any overtime above this amount is payable additionally. It means, that you are paid for every hour you work. You do not work 24/7 with a fixed basic salary, which does not change regardless, how much do you actually work. You receive additional salary for each additional overtime.

Accommodation and catering

Live-in work means living in the resident's home. The caregiver has a private room at his disposal and can use all the amenities of the house. It does not incur any living expenses. He doesn't pay the rent, nor any electricity bills, water and utilities (including internet). It also does not bear any food costs, all this is provided by the employer. In practice, this means, that the guardian may live in Ireland, with virtually no maintenance costs, and the entire salary, he earns, remains at his disposal.

Free training

You do not need to undergo any training before departure. You start our trainings at the same time as starting work. You receive educational materials from us every month, which improve your knowledge and competences. These materials are prepared exclusively for our agency, you won't find them anywhere else. They are completely free for you, no fee will be charged for these materials at any stage of your work, nor after its completion.

Agency support

Our agency offers you help and support throughout your employment. You can contact us with a question at any time, problem, or if you just want to talk to us 🙂 Our team will be happy to help you with all the formalities, will answer any questions you may have and provide necessary advice. We will take care of this throughout your employment, to be satisfied with your work. You can contact our Polish manager at any time, or other members of our team.
